What is Equus Coaching?
Equus Coaching is where humans and horses gather beneath the sky to consciously connect and co-create precious moments of being.
To support you in achieving greater healing, harmony, and well-being, Equus Coaching sessions provide a private space in nature to focus on any topic, pattern, behavior, belief, or energy you would like to gain deeper insight into and/or make a shift for the better in your life.
We partner with the wisdom and gentle nature of horses to guide people through a process that honors the past, uncovers patterns and experiences in need of integration. Together, we move forward embodying deep presence, peace, and purpose.
Because horses masterfully offer direct feedback, reflection, clarity, and a unique emotional and soulful connection, Equus Coaching is one of the most effective doorways into gaining wondrous, enlightening, therapeutic, and transformative life-enriching experiences.
For those who are already going through a joyful season in their life, with nothing to focus on, Equus Coaching is a place where you can relax into the sensitive and conscious presence of horses while frolicking in a state of blissful beingness. In this space we celebrate you and how far you have come!

- * No prior horse experience is necessary.
- * All interactions with horses occur on the ground. No horseback riding is involved.
- * Interactions with horses are modified to match each person’s abilities, needs, desires, and degrees of comfort.
- * All activities take place outside beneath the trees and the sky. Before an Equus Coaching session, I will send you everything you need to feel prepared.
- * Equus Coaching sessions are suitable for humans of all ages, backgrounds, and walks of life.
