In 2019, grief cracked me wide open, launching me into a cosmic detective story.

Remembering The Light is the story of what happened when I stopped running from the pain and started following the “call.” It’s a journey through pre-birth memories, existential crises, and the discovery of an often unseen but omnipresent web of love that connects us all—animals, nature, Spirit, and each other. It’s a quest to find out what the heck we’re doing here, and a reminder that the light we’re looking for was never actually lost.

While we are souls here on Earth having a physically incarnated experience, we are also animals. This book exists to reawaken our kindred relationship with the flora and fauna of this planetary kingdom, and to strengthen our interconnected bond and the responsibility we share to the web of life.

A story of a young lion who loves everything sunny and learns a valuable lesson about the changing weather of life, and the sunshine within us.

Leo

This is a heartwarming story about an empathic lion. When a new scent beckons Leo to town, away from his familiar, serene, and secluded home along a lake, he meets an eclectic cast of entertaining and emotionally charged characters. When the experience leaves Leo feeling all mixed up and confused, he has a conversation with his heart, which then leads to an epiphany he can’t wait to share with the whole town. The ending is a surprise and sure to delight!

A series of stories about a young girl who enters a fantastical world by way of a coloring book and meets Pearl. Together the universe is their oyster as they discover wonder and adventure.
