The Lighthouse

The Lighthousefeatured

If you do nothing more than be grateful, it has been a life well lived.

When we express thankfulness for life and all its moments and experiences, we expand into the light of love.

Joy illuminates the soul and forges ahead on a new path, a new way of being humanity.

When we express disdain, judgment, criticism, critique, and ridicule, the body tightens, the mind grips, and the heart shuts down.

The light of the soul shrinks in proportion to the magnification, charge, and potency of thought. Such thinking is toxic, to you and others; to the environment as a whole.

Because there is no separation. Because, at the center of existence is love, an interconnected web of innate oneness, let us tend to the web of life with love.

When we bless this life and others, whether we understand or agree with their perspective, the soul is illuminated and brightness expands in proportion to the frequency, purity, and authenticity of that love.

This is an infinite universe, all possibilities, potentialities, and philosophies exist. There is no right or wrong.

To think there is only one right way of living, parenting, or teaching… is to cut yourself off from the pulse of the universe.

The universe thrums with love, thus love is everywhere.

Be thankful for this life and everything and everyone in it. It is all here for you—for your learning, your growth, and the ever-expanding soul of love.

Use all that “happens to you” in the service of love.

See your role in the creation and manifestation of everything.

Watch the universe brighten in understanding as it harmonizes with peace, joy, and healing.

If you do nothing more than be grateful for this breath, for the gift of life, then you have honored the creation of this interconnected existence, and it has been a life well lived.

Today’s Invitation:

For every critical thought you begin to cast out, catch it mid-air, then replace it with a genuine heartfelt thought of gratitude.

Quote to Inspire:

“Cultivate the finding of beauty, grace, loveliness in every experience. For, it is for your OWN development.”

— Edgar Cayce
